This offering is an assemblage of approx.64± ‘Sections’ of raw land in a checkerboard pattern lying along the north side of I-80 extending from Fernley, NV northeasterly for nearly 17 miles and nor-therly for another 11 miles and encompasses land in Washoe, Lyon and Churchill Counties. Each ‘Section’ is one± square mile. The 39,908+ acres consist of approximately 34% flat or slite grade, 20% moderate grade, 19% mid grade and 27% steep grade. The property is 27 miles east of Reno and only 15 miles east of the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center (TRIC) the largest industrial park in the world, now completely sold out. A portion of the property lies in the Brady Hot Springs Geothermal Area and adjacent to an active geothermal energy operation.
