Kimberly joined the Coldwell Banker Commercial team April 16, 2012. She has been a licensed property manager and broker since 2001. She has owned and operated a successful Commercial Management Company and been the Director of Commercial Property Management for several companies in the greater Reno area. Kimberly is also a seasoned Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent. She is adept at all phases of Commercial Property Management to include:
• Maintenance of all aspects of commercial properties
• Perform and oversee billing and collections activities
• Market and lease commercial properties
• Maintain owner/tenant relations
• Oversee TIs and general maintenance
• Review and maintain all aspects of the Financials
Kimberly’s focused and steady demeanor creates full properties with happy owners and tenants. Kimberly has a great relationship with qualified vendors to maintain and improve properties.
Kimberly has been educated at UNR in the accounting curriculum and obtained her AA from TMCC in 2000. She is very involved in the community. She is a board member and past President for “Habitat for Humanity” as well as the past president of her homeowner’s association. She has participated in several of her church outreach services to include feeding the hungry at the “Mission” on 4th Street and building several houses in Ensenada for needy families. She has been an active member of CREW and CCIM where she is a CCIM Candidate, and has completed the four required classes to obtain the coveted designation.
